What is AAA Total Repair Care?
Total Repair Care is a AAA Roadside Assistance Solution that provides members with priority diagnosis and repair services at AAA-affiliated repair shops in the event of a vehicle breakdown. Members also get assistance in obtaining alternate transportation (if needed) and receive a discount on the services needed to get their car back on the road.
What Benefits do AAA members receive?
The facility will triage, diagnose or repair a member's vehicle within one hour of arrival. In the case of minor problems, a simple repair will get the member on-the-go with minimum inconvenience. For more major problems, triage will result in diagnosis/repair estimate that can help the member make an informed decision on their next course of action.
The facility will assist members in obtaining alternate transportation. This could be local shuttle service, a "loaner" vehicle, assistance in obtaining a rental car or calling a taxi for the member.
The facility will provide member savings on the services they provide. These are typically discounts on diagnosis and/or repair costs, although other savings offers, such as free or reduced-cost rental cars, may be available as well.
